Currently, I am working as a Support Engineer with some key roles and responsibilities:

• Training staff members to representatives to respond to customers questions or complaint troubleshoot problems with servies or products plan.
• Preparing roster, schedule list staff members, and summiting to the chef of HR.
• Working closly with other technical support team or management team, support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports to Head of CR, CR Department
• Holding the facebook page of the company as a Moderator role for reply chat or comments.
